Today was a holiday, but the kids weren’t feeling very well, so we spent most of the day relaxing at home.
Later in the day, though, they started saying, "I want to go somewhere!" So, we decided to step outside for a little walk to refresh.
Since the ocean is nearby, our plan was just to take a quick walk down to the water and head right back.
But on our way home, the sunset right in front of us was absolutely beautiful.
During the dry season here in Fiji, we often get to see amazing sunsets. Even though they are always beautiful, there is something truly special about a tropical sunset.
Thanks to the kids wanting to go outside, a simple, ordinary walk turned into a wonderful, refreshing time.
